Eyedeals guarantees you will receive the exact brand of lens prescribed by your eye care professional. If you are not totally satisfied with your contact lenses, you have 30 days to return your lenses to receive a full refund, as long as the lenses are in their unopened boxes. (less shipping, handling, restocking fees) Lenses returned unopened in original packaging will be refunded or replaced if they are not what you ordered or in any way faulty. Please e-mail or fax Eyedeals to let us know that the lenses are being returned and whether you would like an exchange, credit or refund (less shipping, handling, restocking fees).  Eyedeals will not be laible to pay for the shpping costs incurred to return the products. You will have the option of selecting Express Post at the checkout, for overnight delivery. Express post incurs a slightly higher charge. Please note that overnight delivery is subject to the goods being in stock at the time of order and if your postcode falls with the Express network. Regrettably Eyedeals cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels by Australia Post, however please contact us should you have a missing delivery and we will assist in every way possible to track your parcel down. For prompt delivery please select a delivery address where someone will be present during normal business hours to accept delivery
